You might know Bryony from running the London marathon in her undies last year. She also presented the award-winning podcast, Mad World and over the past year, she’s fully embraced exposing herself – both mentally and physically – by running the 2018 London Marathon in her underwear to champion body positivity, managing her own mental health, and chatting with the rather charming Prince Harry in an interview that propelled mental health into the spotlight.
On the Friday night of the festival, Bryony will be joining Emerge for the Mind and Body Party. She’ll be talking about her latest book, ‘You Got This’, and sharing her experiences. This interactive, thought-provoking and esteem-boosting event is for everyone who needs to hear the powerful message: you got this.
Hosted at the beautiful Dulwich Picture Gallery, guests can have cocktails and nibbles from the Gimlet bar, followed by a radical night of self-love activities celebrating body positivity and mental health awareness designed to leave you feeling empowered.
Alongside Bryony’s Q+A and book signing, there will be a host of activities including a body positivity life drawing class led by the activist organisation Spirited Bodies and mindfulness workshops.
